Lifestyle commodities & Material Division supplies cosmetics, daily necessities, sundries, alcoholic beverages, food and other daily necessities to the world. We aim to improve the quality of life of people in local communities around the world and contribute to the production areas in Japan by providing safe, secure and high-quality Japanese products. We are also making use of our global overseas network (Taiwan, Korea, Russia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, China etc.) to develop products and provide services tailored to local needs. We also aim to expand our business by actively developing products and services that meet the needs of daily life in other countries.

We develop and manufacture not only manufacturer’s brands, but also original OEM products for our customers. In Taiwan, our branch offices are engaged in wholesale sales of alcoholic beverages to local Japanese restaurants and hotels, as well as in the restaurant business.

We export Japanese high-quality, safe and secure sweets, processed foods, and Japanese beef to the world. In particular, exporting to Southeast Asian countries where the baby-related industry is developing remarkably like Vietnam is increasing. We are also developing customer OME products. In addition, the number of inquiring about Wagyu (Japanese beef), which has been lifted in recent years, is increasing, and we have a wide lineup of products that will grow in the future.

Buckwheat import business in Russia

Since 2012, we have been importing buckwheat from Russia, the world’s largest producer, before any other country in Japan.

We conduct on-site inspections of farms and factories and negotiate with suppliers to purchase buckwheat noodles. We currently import approximately 5,000 tons annually. We provide safe and secure soba noodles through our efforts with local suppliers in accordance with Japanese quality standards.

We are licensed to import and sell alcoholic beverages in Taiwan, handle import customs clearance and domestic wholesale sales. Currently, not only do we sell to nearly one hundred restaurants and hotels, but we also operate our own restaurants. Local staff with an international sake tasting license are engaged in sales activities.

EBISKOREA, Inc.(Korea)

Our subsidiary Ebisu Marine Co., Ltd. (Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture) sells water quality improving equipment in Korea, sell and offer sales promotion goods to local companies in South Korea. Hereafter, we will utilize our local network to expand the import and export of products between Japan and South Korea.

SEIJO FAR EAST LIMITED. (Russia）

This company was established in our company with DIXI, the authorized distributor of the largest cosmetics in the Far East region (LOREAL、Johnson & Johnson) The company handles import customs clearance for cosmetics and daily necessities, as well as sales licensing and wholesale in Russia. The sales area is expanded not only to the Far East, but also to Siberia and Western Russia. The sales route is also expanded to neighboring countries such as Kazakhstan. In Russia, interest in Japanese products is extremely high and we receive various inquiries. Utilizing our company’s network, we conduct market research, find partners, support export operations, and introduce various commercial products.

MANPUGU TRADING CO, LTD. (Cambodia)

We run a Japanese restaurant in Cambodia. Local staff with an international sake tasting license import alcoholic beverages and ingredients in-house and provide them at their own stores. In the future, we will strengthen our trading company functions and handle various materials.
