Information Security Policy

(hereinafter referred to as "EBISTRADE") is committed to company-wide information security based on the following policy to protect our information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to live up to the trust of our customers and society.

1. Management's Responsibility

We will strive to improve and enhance information security systematically and continuously under the leadership of management. 2.

We will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, establish management standards for information security, and ensure that all employees are fully aware of these standards. 3.

3. Employee initiatives Education and training

We shall make our employees aware of the importance of information security and provide them with education and training on the proper handling of information assets. 4.

4. Compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements

We shall comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security. 5.

5. Response to violations and accidents

We will take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence of any violations of laws and regulations, contractual violations, and accidents related to information security.
